Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Being an athlete, I have to eat a lot of food. Most days, I'm able to get what I need through full meals, but there are some days when I lack an appetite and eating enough is difficult. This chocolate peanut butter protein shake is my solution! With ~560 calories And 40 grams of protein per recipe, its a great way to quickly get the energy I need. I use tofu as the main protein source, but theres so many other flavors going on here that you can't taste it. And it provides a nice creamy texture! Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:
-1 banana
-7 oz firm tofu
-1/2 cup ice
-1/2 cup almond milk
-1/4 cup peanut butter powder
-2 tbsp cocoa powder
-2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to desired sweetness)
Method:
-blend all ingredients until smooth
-pour into glass and enjoy!
